Real Muay Thai for beginners, families, and everyday people. Train with structure, build confidence, and learn the art of eight limbs in a welcoming room right here in Port Isabel.
Muay Thai is Thailand's national sport and one of the most complete striking arts in the world. It uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins — which is why it's called "the art of eight limbs." It's the foundation of striking in MMA, and it builds real conditioning fast. You don't need a background in martial arts to start. Most people who train here had never thrown a punch before their first class.
Kru Claudiu holds a certified Kru ranking under the Kru Muay Thai Association in Bangkok — one of the few verifiable Thailand-issued credentials in South Texas. You can confirm it at krumuaythai.or.th/member/KMA001340. He has been training since 2012 and opened Laguna Muay Thai in September 2025 — the first dedicated Muay Thai gym on the Laguna Madre coast.
